VACANCY AT CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FIRM A long established, dynamic Chartered Accountants firm in audit and assurance practice including advisory services, which has experienced substantial growth over the last few years, is now seeking to enhance its staff levels. Reporting to Managers and Partners, the holder will serve as the In-Charge for several Audit clients and will be required to provide guidance and supervision to less experienced staff. Following are the major responsibilities, qualification and experience for the below indicated position: Position ▪ Supervisor ▪ Number of vacancies-5 Major Responsibilities & Duties: ▪ Lead client audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits. ▪ A thorough understanding of NASs’, NSAs’, Local Corporate & Tax Laws and common audit procedures and techniques. ▪ Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on audit process. ▪ Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business. ▪ Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements. ▪ Perform other job related duties as necessary. Qualifications and Experience ▪ Having completed at least CAP II or Equivalent Level. ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage. ▪ Have worked at least last 3 years preceding application with an audit firm in Nepal. ▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure ▪ Should be computer literate, self-driven and work with minimum supervision Required Skills ▪ Good oral and written communication skills ▪ Interpersonal skills and professional appearance ▪ Rational and logical thinking ▪ Proactive attitude ▪ Ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision. ▪ Quick learner and adaptability Interested and qualified candidates to send their applications accompanied by an up-to-date CV disclosing the current gross and expected salary to vacancyatcafirm@gmail.com with email subject as (Application for Supervisor). |
